Join us and share in the Blessings of the Spirit!
You may like to pause now,
and reflecting on the Presence of God,
offer Him this prayer:
Almighty God, you have given us this season of Fifty Days
to celebrate the Lord’s Resurrection
and the new life that is ours in the Spirit of the Risen Christ.
On this Day of Pentecost, fill us with your Spirit;
set us on fire with faith in the Gospel of Jesus
and give us boldness to live no longer for ourselves
but for Him who has wrought in us the fullness of hope and salvation,
your Son, Jesus Christ the Risen Lord,
who with you and the Holy Spirit
reigns supreme over all things,
one God, now and for ever. Amen
