Cold and frosty morning after breakfast Joseph went out to feed the donkey and chickens; I wasn’t allowed to help as there was ice on the ground. Had a few twinges today and felt a little worried, but felt reassured when I was told that it was just our precious Baby getting ready for His journey and that all was well.

We were taken to a place called Sainsbury’s. I was amazed at all kinds of food stacked neatly on shelves, cold foods kept in units called fridges, then there were clothes hung on very big rails.

Back in the Heath household we ate something called ‘Chinese take-away’; it was very tasty. Joseph and myself were treated to a lovely foot massage; our feet weregently rubbed with baby oil, it was so relaxing.
