for all involved in

and affected by the NATO Conference

in Newport/Cardiff

4th-5th September 2014

and beforehand

Please join us –

you may like to use this Prayer:

Gracious God,
we pray for our communities during the NATO Conference

to be held at the Celtic Manor

on the 4^th and 5^th of September.

We pray for all those preparing.

We commit to you the delegates

and all who work for resolution

and an end to tensions

throughout the world;

those who promote peace and justice.

By the power of your Spirit

may causes of fear be cast out, comfort and support be brought

to those who suffer.

We pray for calm in our homes, on our roads, streets and cities

and that all may go about their lives in safety and in peace;

in the Name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
